This video is a tour of a beautiful, tiny English-style house located in Kottayam Muttambalam, Kerala. The 900 sq. ft. house, built on 7 cents of land for a family of Gulf expatriates, was completed for 30 lakhs.
The house features a white and sky-blue exterior with a GI truss roof and tiles. The interior includes a single open-concept hall for the living and dining areas, a compact kitchen, and two 10×10-foot bedrooms with two bathrooms. The house is built with MBric bricks to reduce indoor heat.
