🔗 Option 1: Apply Online via Civil Supplies Portal

Go to civilsupplieskerala.gov.in
Click on “Ration Card Management System” (RCMS).

✅ Step 2: Login or Register

Use your registered mobile number or Aadhaar to login. New users can create an account with basic details.
